MoVET 3rd Design Thinking Workshop moves to Pristina, Kosovo for 3 days on 12-14 May 2022.

On the first day of the workshop, the president of MoVET partner APPK welcomed European partners to the premises of the organization, sharing the achievements and the trajectory of the team. Rave Prekorogja – representative of the Ministry of Education – gace recent updates on the Education Strategic Plan of the country. The ENAIP NET team made a brief but comprehensive presentation about the MOVET project and next steps to be taken.

During the meeting, the team applied the Sprint Ethnography for helping on internationalization research, with each organization selecting a target, through the use of an empathic approach. Throughout the Discovery and Define section, the team received an insightful look into the needs, desires, expectations and challenges of our partners.

The second day of the workshop was held at the "Shtjefan Gjeqovi" VET School in Prishtina. MoVET partners from AVETAE welcomed the team to the premises of the VET Center, explaining both the history of the school, and the different courses they offer. Representatives of the Ministry of Education updated the team on the current state of VET in Kosovo, and the opportunities regarding internationalization. The students highlighted their wish to do more international exchanges and internships, in order to get to know different cultures and expand their knowledge on their own fields.

It was a celebration day for the school with diverse performances that the students had prepared such as songs, traditional dances, and a fashion show with students' creation.

Furthermore, MoVET partners imagined a vision for their organizations in a twenty-year period in the future and they shared their vision on a creative way through the Headlines from the Future.

The third and final day we practiced active thinking through the 5 Bold Steps vision Canvas, that allowed us to gather all new learnings of the entire workshop experience. With the direct participation of the student community, we were able to take into account also their wishes, needs and hopes. We shared our expectations and next steps ahead in our internationalization journey. We wrapped the workshop by summarizing our experience in single words; "commitment", "inclusion" and "hope" were the most insightful terms that came from the participants.

This whole week has been a productive and fruitful experience for the MOVET team who will carry learnings gained throughout the whole internationalization and mobility processes.
