Joint Staff Training in Milan, 21-25 November 2022

The MoVET project continued its activities with the next Joint Staff Training in Milan, Italy on 21-25 November 2022. 

ENAIP Lombardia Milano hosted this time the meeting, welcomed partner organisations from Western Balkan countries to guide them to its premises, offered trainings and presentations on mobility from different sectors and experiences. Main goal of this meeting was to continue the internationalisation of mobility and to contribute to the improvement and modernization of VET systems in our partners from the Western Balkans: Albania, Montenegro and Kosovo, as well as reinforcing the links between VET and the labour market. 

The training week started with a tour to Milan city and to the ENAIP Lombardia Headquarters. On second day, the partners had the opportunity to meet at Fondazione Enaip Lombardia Busto where Director Emanuela Frigerio welcomed them to the premises and started the tour on activities of the Varese Province Centers including: information technology sector, mobility experiences with testimonies by young people, Varese graphic sector and, international mobility experiences. 

The third day, the team moved to Fondazione ITS Incom – c/o Campus Reti spa where a number of interesting activities such as international mobility experiences and a mobility workshop provided by Andrea Giacomelli – R&D Director and Ilaria Perin – International Project Manager were given to the participants. 

The fourth day, the team met at Fondazione Enaip Lombardia Bergamo where Matteo Brambilla, Director of the organisation presented the main activities of the Centers of the Province of Bergamo such as ITS MOVE, experiences of international mobility in the logistics sector with testimonials and specific objectives of the activities. The day closed with a visit to Melzo Center and to the company FRANCHI & SCHIAVONI - Liscate.

On Friday and last day of the meeting, the team had the chance to wrap-up the dicussions and experiences from all sessions and end up to the conclusions of the meetings, conclusions very useful for the future.
